Dr. Noe Garcia serves as the Senior Pastor of North Phoenix Baptist Church in Phoenix, Arizona. A graduate of East Texas Baptist University (B.A.), Dr. Garcia went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry in Executive Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is the author of Repurposed and the Romans 8 Bible Study, both published through Lifeway, and he contributes regularly as a writer and conference speaker.
With a deep love for sports and discipleship, Dr. Garcia draws from his experience as a former collegiate athlete. He has served as a chaplain and in spiritual roles for the University of Arkansas, the Dallas Cowboys, and Major League Baseball, and he has spoken at athletic events
including Damian Lillard’s Basketball Camp.
Passionate about Jesus, family, and sports, Dr. Garcia is married to Clancey, a graduate of Tabor College, and together they have four children.
