Pastor Noe was born in Houston, Texas in 1983. He had a troubled childhood, and at a young age his father left and never returned. After living a life of brokenness and making poor decisions, God used a failed suicide attempt to get Noe’s attention. At the age of 18, Noe surrendered his life to Christ during a Basketball Ministry event.
After attending and playing basketball at East Texas Baptist University, Noe received his Bachelors Degree of Kinesiology, with a Minor in Religion. Then, Pastor Noe attended Golden Gate Seminary where he received a Masters of Divinity degree. From there, he spent time on staff at Second Baptist Church of Houston in Texas, First Baptist Nashville in Tennessee, and lastly, Cross Church Fayetteville in Arkansas as the College Pastor before answering the Lord's call to Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2016, he became the Senior Pastor at North Phoenix Baptist Church. Shortly after arriving in Arizona, Pastor Noe began to pursue and receive his Doctorate of Ministry and Executive Leadership degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
